create a Deckchair Optimisation Working Group.
(Chairs now 7% more aligned with strategic priorities.)

Meanwhile, the violins have launched
a pilot scheme for morale-boosting melodies

They said the new culture would save us time.
So we formed a Working Group to measure how long it took.

which sadly lived up to its name.
Then a values-alignment workshop,
where we agreed our values were misaligned
but set up a task force to explore realignment.
A subcommittee was created to define “continuous,”
another to monitor “improvement.”
Both now meet quarterly.
Morale has been prioritised,
though outcomes are pending.
The ship continues to list attractively to port,
and we’re proud to report
a 12% increase in optimism per deck.
